Greg Jackson — Founder of Theater of the Mind
For over 20 years, I taught others how to master computers and networks as a professor of IT and Network Administration. But it wasn’t until I faced a personal system failure—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—that I realized the most powerful operating system we’ll ever work with is the one running inside our own minds.
At 49, I hit a breaking point. I was 100 pounds overweight, mentally drained, and staring down a life-threatening cancer diagnosis. Despite all the knowledge I had gained—from IT systems to hypnosis, NLP, visualization, and meditation—I still felt stuck in a loop of negative self-talk, procrastination, and self-doubt. Every “program” I tried—diets, courses, coaching—felt like a patch, not a solution.
That’s when I began developing what would become Theater of the Mind.
I used what I knew about reprogramming systems and applied it inward. I became the hero of my own story—not metaphorically, but literally. I visualized scenes, rewrote scripts, triggered emotions with intention, and trained my subconscious like it was the CPU of a supercomputer. I built daily rituals, mental cues, and visual metaphors that allowed me to reboot my life—one thought at a time.
The results?
I’ve been surviving cancer for over a decade.
I lost 100 pounds and kept it off for 15+ years.
I broke through a lifetime of limiting beliefs and built a life of energy, clarity, and creative flow.
Now, I help others do the same.
Theater of the Mind is more than a method—it’s a movement. It’s for people who’ve tried traditional programs and felt uninspired. It’s for anyone stuck in negative patterns, drowning in overwhelm, or just ready to take the lead role in the story of their life. Whether you’re battling health challenges, mental blocks, or a lack of direction, TOTM gives you the tools to reprogram your inner narrative and reclaim your life from the inside out.
If you’ve ever felt like you were meant for more—but didn’t know how to access it—you’re in the right place.
