About Me
Gregory Jackson founder of Theater of the Mind, spent over 20 years as an IT Professor before realizing the most crucial "operating system" is the human mind.


At 49, he faced obesity and all the health issues that followed. He lost almost 100 lbs and became known as “Muscle Man”. At 55, he faced his first bout with cancer. At 63, the fight continues but with a new determination to help others survive the mental exhaustion that comes with a diagnosis.
He developed “Theater of the Mind” to reprogram his own negative patterns. He applied his knowledge of system reprogramming to himself, visualizing scenes, rewriting scripts, and training his subconscious.
